PibE's internet-marketing team is working on an official website to accompany their famed blog, Pinnacle of Dork.

In a statement released today, a PibE spokesperson announced that the team will be working hard over a laptop or two and cups of coffee.

"This is something they've been saving up for, for quite some time. There was some dispute over whether to use the $0.17 they've earned in donations to purchase a Gemini microphone or to hire a team of web-savvy techs.... they are confident this is the right decision with regard to nonprofit maximizing."

The spokesperson declined to comment on whether the team would actually just be comprised of the two web-unsavvy, non-tech PibE members themselves, and whether the $0.17 will just go towards financing the tips for their coffees.

The PibE public relations team has been equally mum about where the so-called web-savvy techs will be conducting their operations. PibE experts predict that, based on past evidence, they will be operating from a public space with a view of either nature or inspiring urban structures.

And if the rumours are true, you can expect that the venue will have no shortage of acoustic stairwells.

"They're really loud ... [you] can't miss them," said a source, adding that "it's a good thing, because I would have tripped over them just sitting on the stairs like that".

PibE is currently gearing up for the summer season of weddings and open mic performances.

Fans and the PibE-arazzi can catch the duo at Vancouver venues such as the Wired Monk, at which they performed last August to popular acclaim.
